- To work for a prestigious City law practice and this is an ideal role for a knowledge or information professional who is at an early stage in their career and is seeking a new opportunity to gain more K.M. work experience.
·supporting the testing, implementation and management of new KM technology solutions, platforms and services.
·providing advice and support to users and content editors on how to use the existing KM technology solutions including the firm’s intranet;
·helping to create and keep up-to-date user guides and training materials and helping to deliver training.
·monitoring knowledge content and knowledge systems;
·helping with GDPR compliance
·assisting with the ongoing maintenance and review of the firm’s legal taxonomies
·keeping up to date with industry developments and new technologies
·a strong academic record, with a minimum 2:1 degree (or similar higher education or equivalent experience) in any subject;
·a keen and demonstrable interest in knowledge management and its application to legal practice, with an organised, meticulous and methodical approach to work and a keen eye for detail;
·an excellent communicator with an aptitude for using technology and highly computer literate
·the ability to be self-motivated, disciplined and take a proactive stance
