- To work for a top City law practice and lead the K.M. Solutions team which is responsible for the firm's global client collaboration and project management platforms, workflow, document automation and AI contract review tools and the intranet.
Drive forward the development, adoption and evaluation of the firm’s core K.M. solutions including the HighQ platform
Intranet management support on the existing intranet and be part of the working group providing guidance and support on a platform refresh.
Manage the day-to-day support of the firm’s client eLearning offering
Help to ensure appropriate input to marketing materials and pitch documentation relating to client tools and services.
Help to support the firm’s internal knowhow system
Line management of the K.M. support team – developing the team, upskilling to take account of new technologies, ensuring the team deliver a high level of service to the business.
In-depth knowledge of HighQ Collaborate
Ideally familiar with Luminance and Bryter – or other data room, AI contract review and automation tools
5 years plus experience of commercial environment – preferably within a law firm
Experience of managing a team to a high standard of service
Ideally intranet administrationexperience– SharePoint or other content management system
Educated to degree level or an appropriate qualification
Enthusiasm for innovation and a proactive attitude
