- To work for niche management consultancy and help to develop and maintain global knowledge systems (including intranet) and with the opportunity to participate in other aspects of the knowledge function, including training.
Keep the intranet up to date including adding news items, announcements, and knowledge assets, ensuring it is dynamic and fresh
Maintain the Knowledge Library and compile a weekly Knowledge newsletter
Track projects and ensure core knowledge is captured, synthesised, categorised and stored for retrieval and re-use
Support the development and integrity of an overall governance structure for the intranet and Knowledge Library
Liaise with service providers to resolve technical issues relating to SharePoint and other knowledge platforms
Act as the first point of contact for queries relating to knowledge tools and platforms including Yammer and MS Teams
Maintain communications materials, user guides, tutorials and training content relating to knowledge tools and processes
Deliver new joiner knowledge inductions and training on our knowledge tools and processes
Excellent SharePoint Online skills are essential as the role is to develop/maintain sites, pages, and libraries
Ideally 2 – 5 year’s relevant previous work experience in knowledge or information management
Experience in professional services or consulting preferred
Quick learner, able to understand systems and processes and put them into practice
A high degree of initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Highly organised and detail-orientated
