- Two vacancies to work in the information / knowledge department for a global consultancy with flexible working (3 days p.w. working from home)
Inputting project information into a specialised database in a timely and intelligent manner and applying metadata held within a managed subject-based thesaurus;
Editing content submitted electronically to the database
Answering telephone and email queries from internal and external sources
Generating project lists for reporting purposes on a regular basis.
Assisting with bid support activities by identifying previous experience and internal contacts
Assisting internal clients by searching for and extracting relevant information from the database in the most appropriate format and in a timely manner.
Relevant database or content or knowledge or information management work experience
Ideally some experience of maintaining and/or using a taxonomy to perform searches
Fluency in written and spoken English
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work within a team environment
Experience with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
