To work for a prestigious law firm and help to develop adoption strategies for new technology, underutilised technology and bespoke developed apps. This includes training development, use case development, roll out planning, usage tracking, task- based scenario development, communications and training/education/engagement session delivery. 


Ensure that all new technology projects have clear, agreed and signed off change, adoption targets and deployment plans documented. 
Ensure that project plans allow adequate time to plan and develop training and engagement
Develop detailed plans and materials and work with the relevant support teams to deliver these
Review existing Technology Adoption enhancement and identify underutilised technology 
Develop targeted strategies to increase adoption.
Stay abreast of developments in the firm’s applications and also industry trends and best practice


Extensive legal industry experience – either in a new/emerging Technology Training, Change/Adoption or Product Management role.
Significant experience of leading adoption for technology projects 
Experience of engaging with all levels of seniority within a professional services firm is essential
Naturally Inquisitive and interested in industry trend/emerging technologies
Passionate about “making working life easier” for colleagues
Able to deal with high levels of complexity and with a “can do” and positive attitude
