- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) which captures all events falling under the firm’s learning syllabus
Be the point of contact with the LMS provider and assist with training individuals to use the system
Perform daily LMS administration tasks including user account management, updating course details and producing reports to identify usage insights
Help to create and run all training activities for in-person, virtual and online training within the LMS
Help to integrate the LMS with other software tools and vendors as necessary
At least two years’ experience working with a Learning Management System preferably in a professional services (or similar) environment.
Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) and with a working knowledge of Excel;
An enthusiasm for IT and technology projects;
Experience in authoring tool software (e.g. Articulate, Captivate or similar) is helpful but not essential
An awareness of the commercial world;
A desire to work in a well-established, fast-paced team which values an innovative, solutions focussed approach.
