- To work for a prestigious law practice and assist with career development activities.
Be the first point of contact for all L&D queries
Co-ordination of all pre-event administration & logistical processes for various development programmes
Live logistical support during development programmes to ensure a high quality experience for all attendees
Monitor and update HR systems & the L&D calendar
Brief consultants on requirements of course materials
Co-ordinate and provide updates on key learning and development initiatives
Ensure the document management system is reviewed periodically for consistency of data labelling and filing
Some relevant L & D support work experience
Good working knowledge of course/event administration processes
Excellent level of written and spoken English
Attention to detail, methodical and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude.
