Newly created strategic role to work in London for expanding global consultancy


Establish and optimise a cloud-based document management system, policy, governance and processes within the organisation

Lead a small global team of Document Management Specialists, fostering a centralised approach while ensuring functional knowledge in regions with significant operational activity
Set up and manage the document management budget and develop and implement a comprehensive document management strategy

Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in document management

Take the lead in the assessment, acquisition, and deployment of new management systems

Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate document management seamlessly into business operations

Coordinate the content management system provider to ensure seamless delivery of requirements and deliver training and audits


Proven successful track record in a senior document management role with a focus on project management and process optimisation
Managerial abilities to lead and inspire a global team of document specialists
Knowledge of cutting-edge cloud-based document management systems
Ability to develop strong relationships and effectively manage a diverse range of stakeholders, across multiple jurisdictions and functions
Well-rounded commercial and economic awareness
