RESEARCH ANALYST – 6 MONTH CONTRACT

To work for a global professional services organisation and provide quality business, legal and financial research support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In-depth research and report writing to include the provision of league tables and abstracts
Use data visualisation techniques to produce presentation quality outputs.
Providing recommendations for the adoption of new products and services.
Advise fee earners and colleagues in the use of new technologies..
Undertake audits of user needs and recommend responses to these.
Supervision of day-to-day work of the team to include the mentoring of junior staff.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of training and promoting the department to the global firm.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Extensive experience in a senior research and analysis role with excellent business and legal research knowledge
Proactive and engaging approach to scoping and managing business development enquiries.
Training expertise in the design and delivery of courses and inductions.
Familiarity with design of surveys and interviews plus the ability to analyse results and produce recommendations.
The ability to review content and functionality and map information solutions to user requirements.
Technical expertise and fluency in the use of software such as Excel; RSS feeds and SharePoint
