HEAD OF LEGAL OPERATIONS (12 MONTH FTC)

Full Description

To work for a dynamic global law firm and manage legal operational transformation, project delivery, client advisory solutions and team development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive high-impact initiatives across practice groups and embed best-in-class Legal Project Management, process improvement and legal operations disciplines.
Lead and motivate a team of Legal Operations, Project Management and Data professionals.
Work with practice leaders to enhance planning, pricing, budgeting and resourcing.
Oversee Legal Project Management for major client matters and internal projects.
Support client-facing work and help with client pitches.
Create and deliver training to spread legal ops and Legal Project Management practices across the firm.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Proven leadership experience in legal operations, legal project management or professional services delivery at a senior level.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams, managing performance, and delivering strategic outcomes.
Deep understanding of legal service delivery models, firm economics and commercial drivers.
Strong track record in managing senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels of the business.
Strong project management, change management and process improvement capabilities.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a pragmatic mindset.
