INFORMATION GOVERNANCE TECHNICAL MANAGER

Full Description

To work in the legal sector and supervise the day-to-day operations of an information governance technical team dealing with Identity and Access Management projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the handling of access requests and reviews, requests for audit and privacy evidence, and compliance tasks. 
Develop plans, organise electronic files and assume responsibility for the completion of department projects
Help to advise Access Management capabilities and ensure identity governance tools communicate correctly with various systems
Identify opportunities to enhance the Information Governance programme by utilising a thorough understanding of information management, security, identity, and privacy principles
Ascertain the status of Information Governance Compliance projects to ensure data is handled appropriately 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Relevant experience with Identity and Access Management implementation and information governance work experience.
Ideally familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
A Bachelor’s degree and/or experience of servers and storage, active directory, networking and/or other technology Infrastructure experience.
Supervisory experience and able to offer excellent leadership skills to include organising, planning and decision-making.
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion plus excellent research and analytical skills
