Newly created vacancy to work for City Professional Services organisation and help to maintain and improve the firm’s intranet and coordinate internal communications across the business
RESPONSIBILITIES
Help to develop, coordinate and schedule content across the intranet and internal channels and capture relevant information in the intranet and the weekly newsletter.
Assist with other I.T. systems to ensure efficient knowledge-sharing and information management within the business.
Upload and schedule intranet content and prepare the weekly intranet and newsletter.
Ensure written communication is tailored to different audiences and purposes.
Assist with resolving technical issues.
Assist with content contributor training and make sure that any training material is up to date.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Ideally some relevant intranet or knowledge management work experience within a professional services environment.
Some content writing/ editing experience and confident in proof reading with attention to detail.
Excellent writing and communication skills
Confident proactive and engaging personality.
Preferably some competency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe InDesign
Some experience using databases/ system
Audio/ video editing experience helpful but not essential
