LEGAL KNOWLEDGE SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

Full Description

To help to develop and promote knowledge systems for prestigious global City law practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with lawyers and data teams to continuously improve Knowledge Systems and foster knowledge sharing.
Develop expertise in underlying and emerging technologies and ensure data quality and taxonomy alignment.
Work closely with colleagues to improve data classification, extraction, and knowledge-sharing workflows.
Prepare and maintain user guides and design and deliver tailored training sessions as needed.
Generate, analyse, and improve regular system metrics and reports, using tools such as Tableau.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience with data visualisation tools, ideally Tableau
Prior exposure to legal workflows, research, and stakeholder needs.
Experience in information, knowledge management, or digital system design is desirable.
Experience coordinating user testing and digital system feedback desirable.
Capable of writing SQL queries for data analytics.
Experience of managing data structures and taxonomies across systems.
Awareness of database design and data migration best practices.
